Security alarm monitoring allows your security alarm to communicate with our central station and alert our operators of any pending alarm conditions. Central station monitoring is recognized by most insurance companies as the fastest means of getting a police response to burglary and fire conditions at your home or business ( hence the insurance discounts they offer for monitored security systems ). Upon receipt of an alarm signal, our central station operators will attempt to verify the legitimacy of the signal via telephone to the site. If the alarm is a customer caused false alarm, the individual is required to provide a pre-arranged "pass code" to the operator to cancel the dispatch of authorities. If there is no answer, or the individual can not provide the correct "pass code" to cancel the alarm, the responding authorities will be dispatched. Once the authorities have been dispatched, the operator will continue on to a customer provided contact list, to alert the owner or their representative of the alarm. The person we notify should take the responsibility for meeting the police at the site, and act on the owners behalf to correct any problems that they encounter ( broken windows, doors, etc. )
